With over 15 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist, Aaron brings a deep passion for compassionate care and operational excellence to his role as Director of Operations at La Vita Bella Home Healthcare and Hospice.
His journey into physical therapy began with a personal story—after witnessing the life-changing impact home healthcare had on a close family member, he felt called to pursue a career where he could make a similar difference in the lives of others. That calling has taken him from clinical practice in the U.S. to international service, working with children with disabilities in Morocco through an American non-profit.
Now at La Vita Bella Home Healthcare and Hospice, Aaron combines his clinical expertise with strong leadership, ensuring that every patient experience reflects the company’s core values of respect, excellence, compassion, teamwork, and innovation. He is driven to create sustainable solutions which support both excellent patient care, and a thriving team environment. He believes that by providing the best support and structure possible to the clinicians at La Vita Bella, that he can help facilitate the highest standard of patient-centered, comprehensive, compassionate, and supportive health care possible to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys life’s simple and meaningful pleasures—spending time with his wonderful wife and their four children, exploring the outdoors through hiking and fly fishing, and sharing great food with family and friends.
