I’m proud to serve as the Director of Human Relations at La Vita Bella Home Health and Hospice. With nearly 20 years of experience in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, and Home Health, I’ve devoted my career to caring for both the exceptional team who provides our services and the incredible clients and service members in our care.
My passion for this work began in a memory care community, where I quickly fell in love with the residents, their remarkable life stories and enduring spirit continue to inspire me and guide my approach today. I am dedicated to ensuring that every client, every family member, and every employee feels valued, heard, and respected, creating an environment of true compassion and connection.
Outside of La Vita Bella, you’ll often find me reading a great book, spending time with my two amazing sons, or doting on animals. I believe that by placing our clients and service members in our care, along with their families, at the heart of everything we do, and by empowering our team to provide exceptional care, we uphold the true spirit of compassion that defines La Vita Bella.
